We're going to have several 4-3 schemes...but sometimes OLB's have to get up on the line....and who's gonna run by this guy in coverage

We should draft mario he is either 6'6 285.
Or 6'7 295. Either size he is bigger and as fast or faster than abe.

    He would fit any scheme.

And i still think the jets will stay a 4-3, and use a 3-4 for certain plays.

I mean he did hire sutton, sutton knows the 4-3, while mangini knows 3-4. And im sure mangini knows a 4-3 as well.

In a 3-4 he could line up at end or OLB.. The man runs a 4.66 @ 300lbs... That is not normal.. He's pretty much 70lbs heavier than Vilma and is most likely just as fast (Vilma recorded a 4.54 but that was when he was drafted)

He might be better suited in a 3-4 OLB role next year if he was drafted.. His technique isn't at an NFL level yet and since he mainly relied on pure measurable in college he could have a learning curve.

I know for a fact Mario wont be on this team, if they had any thoughts of drafting him, we would of not signed the DE from the Steelers

Your theory is relying on a 35 year old DE/DT to make an impact. Mario is 21 years old and a Freak of nature...........Tangini would be insane to pass on Mario. IMO, if we keep our 4th pick.......Mario or AJ are the frontrunners.

Mario Williams could be used as a hybrid DE/OLB and Kimo can be used as a hybrid DE/DT. We can therefore be in the 4-3 with Mario down on the line, or in the 3-4 with Mario standing up.

Oh, everyone uses a hybrid 3-4 defense now!

SuperMario probably won't even be available when we pick. IF NO stays put, he is the pick IMO. If they trade the pick, it will probably be the Jets moving up for Leinart. Either way I think Mario is playing in NO this year.

I have seen him play at NC State and trust me, this guy is the truth! if we drafted him we cannot go wrong. Unfortunately, since NO signed brees, If they keep their pick they will draft him to replace Darren Howard. Grrrrr

    Mario is purely a freak!
