No we are saying we were not winning 4 games with Mahomes, with everything else being the same this year.

This is one of the most stunning outcomes of a season we have ever seen.

In hindsight maybe it was more obvious, but I don't think anyone really thought Brady would win in the first year on a new team as a wild card on his home field.

    Tom Brady is inevitable.

Just won $60 on the final, that's $100 profit on the game. Not happy about the result of the game, but I've never come close to winning $100 in a pool before.

Maybe so. He was clearly depressed about the aging.

He also had a fortune to sit back on.

    Money doesn't make you happy.

Don't be a sore loser. Put Sam on the Bucs and he's getting fitted for a ring. It's not always about the QB. But it IS always about the TEAM.

You need a highly functional OL to run screens and jet sweeps. Both of those would have kept some of the interior pressure off of Mahomes but with second-rate OT's you can't do either of those things effectively.

I should've man. My girlfriend knows very little (only what I've taught her over the past three years) and she's been telling me for two weeks to never bet against Brady getting points. Which is a principle I've instilled in her. You made the right call brother.

Sweeps jet sweeps, wouldn’t matter. Bucs own the trenches and were a huge force

Not really. The interior line was intact. All you need to do is pass set the defensive end on the play side and everything else runs itself with business as usual. Not to mention it's not like Remmers and Wylie are rookies. They understand screen concepts.

The Chiefs didn't show either action the entire game. It's how you get aggressive defensive ends like Barrett (who has made his money jumping snap counts) and JPP to overthink their aggressiveness. If the screens fail, at least the action is still a threat in their minds.

It was a colosal hole in the gameplan.

That was my logic. Two missing starters on the OL + Brady.

My GF picked the Chiefs and when I told her I bet the Bucs ML she smacked me. Lo and behold, this bet is paying for Valentine’s Day next week.
