The last Super Bowl to feature 2 QBs without a ring was Super Bowl 48 between Joe Flacco and Colin Kaepernick. The one before that was Super Bowl 41 between Peyton Manning and Rex Grossman. Believe it or not it's actual pretty unlikely to see this type of matchup. One of these QBs will have their career cemented tommorow.
They get to play both of these teams next year to. I want the Chiefs to win but it would be funny to see Garrapolo go into New England with a ring.
The Super Bowl Sunday is here! After a long sleep, woke up at 10am, then exercise in the afternoon followed by a couple of hours of nap time so I can stay up all night to watch the game. Then straight to work in the morning. That's my SB routine. As for the game itself, I think the Niners will win with the better run-game, especially if Coleman is fit to play full strength. With successful running Garoppolo will get opportunities to throw the ball downfield where Kittle and Samuel can make big plays against the Chiefs secondary. But the main thing for me is that the game will be good. Last years SB was a dull affair and the outcome made it even worse. So here's hoping for a great entertaining game, regardless of the result.
Final decision. I want 49ers to win so that Garappolo goes back to NE with a ring. I also like Kyle Shanahan. That's why I put down $50 on Chiefs to cover 1.5. Either way it will be a happy day for me. Either I will see 49ers win Superbowl or make some money.

Yeah, I think Belichick wanted to keep Garoppolo and kick Brady out earlier when his decline hadn't started yet, but Kraft forced his hand. As a consequence the Patriots now need to find their next QB for years to come, unless they already miraculously have one in Stidham.

They talk about KC's offense and San Francisco's Defense. They don't tell you the truth how that San Francisco's offense scores more points than KC per game and that Jimmy Garoppolo threw for more TDs than Patrick Mahomes this year. San Francisco also has the #1 rated pass defense. KC ranks 5th in passing offense. KC will not have a lot of success in the air Tonight.
