We will see about that, they definitely are the top team in the AFC now. With Brady perhaps leaving, its the Chiefs conference to take. Lets see how Baltimore does next year I suppose. Also we will see what the Raiders, Titans, Bills and Jets do next year. It doesn't look like there is much competition in the AFC for the Chiefs, but of course things do change quickly.

I do believe Andy Reid is now in a position to win multiple titles at the end of his career. He is 61 so he has a bunch of years still left, and has a young QB to do it with.

They don't have a ton of cap space but they also don't have a lot of must sign free agents. They should cut Watkins at his ridiculous number, if it's feasible dead-money wise. Chris Jones is really good and definitely a factor but I can see them letting him walk.

Unfortunately for them they made a mistake in the Frank Clark trade and contract. He's a solid (not great) edge rusher.

Both Wylie and Wisnewski tag teamed left guard in the playoffs. But I can see them drafting, plugging and playing a guy there. Same with the second WR spot.

They do need to free up a lot of space for the Mahomes extension though. He might approach the leagues first $200 million man mark.

Jets might be able to take advantage of this. Laurent Duvernay-Tardif is a pretty good guard that might be a cap casualty.

Hopefully. He played his ass off and might've been their best lineman. He's also a doctor. Maybe he can help our training staff out.

I'd trade a mid round pick for Lauren.

San Fran choked. Bad play calling and bad time management.

the tomahawk chants are an embarrassment. The NFL was probably trying to play music to cover it up

Especially at the end of the first. Missed a TO call and then wasted time.

Not with Mahomes taking the kind of hits he takes. He missed some time in 2019.

He'll have a short career if that continues. Concussions, shoulder injuries, arm injuries are no joke for QBs.

And I still think that he's been so good, so early in his career it'll be impossible to keep up that pace long term.

He missed some time from a flukey QB sneak where he dislocated his knee. It wasn't a big hit.

Well I guess that's good for the Jets then and not to bad for Mahomes either

Short Career>>>40 Mil per year for 3 years and one more SB for Andy

    Sounds like a plan lol

The only fluke I see is Mahomes not having more injuries, concussions with the type of hits he takes.

A few years ago the Seahawks seemed to be on the cusp of a dynasty they went back and were a yard away from repeating as SB champs. We know how that ended and they haven't been back since.

I'll give the Chiefs this after coming back from 24-0 down to Houston, the playoff run they just had going off on the 49ers for 21 points in the fourth quarter to win the SB Mahomes and that offense have a Greatest Show on Turf aura.

I don't dismiss the talk of greatness for them.

They still have to go out and do it.

A lot can happen to prevent that from happening.

The whole team takes more hits when you're in the playoffs. The Pats have played an extra 16 games since the 2014 season, even
they don't repeat every year. Keeping the team fresh and uninjured is a major part of sustained success. I'll be very surprised if KC repeats
next year, but if anybody could do it, it's a team with Mahomes.
