Smoking pork tenderloins that sat in a nice marinade overnight then smoking some wings with a spicy dry rub then tossing them in an Asian glaze I stole from an episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Made guac about an hour ago, getting ready to take it out of the chill chest. Just cracked a bottle of Monkey Shoulder. _
this is one of those Super Bowls where I don't care who wins, as long as the game is competitive and provides some quality entertainment. Just don't have any emotional attachment to either team.

Maybe I'll crack one open at halftime. The Caol Ila distillery was started by my forefathers...as was Old Pulteney. Makes since since all the men in my family love to inbibe.
