Yeah, I don't see it myself, BUT, I wouldn't bet on it either way. This guy has a well-documented history of being dirty and violent.
Watched it in regular speed and it doesn't look intentional from that far sideline shot I just watched on YT. But when you slow it down, it does look like he does it on purpose. My verdict is: NOT GUILTY. The play in real time happens so fast that in my opinion, Suh couldn't have planned that or he secretly taking ballet for him to have that superhuman agility.
