that´s a joke. he´s a runner at that point, no helmet to helmet, no elbow, nothing, clean hit. If a ref on the field thinks it was helmet or elbow, and throws a flag, ok, bad call, but they´re human, too. But putting a fine on a absolute leagal hit like this is a complete joke.
