Yeah...Sanchez was awful that game....it had absolutely nothing to do with the 4 purple jerseys that were in his face on every single play within 2 seconds.
i dont really care. i dont expect him to say anything good about sanchez. especially when they beat the shit out of him twice.
Sanchez is one of the toughest QBs in the league. How many times have we seen him get completely laid out and he gets up like holding his arm like its broken, but then hes continues to play the very next down. Didnt he play in the Browns game last year with some crazy injury yet still won? or how about the AFC Championship against the Steelers when he got destroyed and looked like his season was over, yet he played the rest of the game...
Oh no,you have completely ruined the whole mindset of the board that was clearly (not) saying that Sanchez didn't suck that day. If we want football logic, don't you or any other Bills fan ever worry about being caught in the crosshairs.
Big talk from an internet tough guy whose team had to struggle to beat one of the contestants in the Suck For Luck Sweepstakes.
The Ravens weren't in purple that night. They were in their black jerseys with black pants. They call it "blacked out".
24-6 is struggling? Don't you have something to go focus on,like annual swoon time festival or something?
...not to mention starting to run down the clock with 10 minutes left. We didn't start out great, but in the scope of 60 minutes that game was not a struggle.
Bart Scott's former coach isn't the Head Coach of the Texans, and the media doesn't fixate on Schaub's every move. The spotlight on the Jets naturally brings them increased criticism; that's nothing new.
There are a lot of Sanchez negatives on this forum and I have taken part in some of it but pls get it balanced and correct. I have to date never seen anything that would indicate that Sanchez is soft or given up ever. I agree on the other statements but soft or quitter, I don't know which games you are watching. I have heard about a few fans on this forum that have quit on a game, however.
You must like the Bills all white get-up they're using these days. They look like the San Francisco Navy Gayboys in those unis. Here's a parting gift:
It wasn't out of nowhere, they asked the specific question, can Sanchez lead the Jets to a SB. Of course he's gonna rip your guy and build up his own. That's what Suggs does. No surprise there.
Why even ask the question is what I don't understand. That's like asking Patrick Willis if Josh Freeman can lead the Buccaneers to the playoffs. It's completely out of left field and is probably there to facilitate more Jets talk that you know is going to be negative. Nothing sells better these days than Jet bashing.
It wasn't unprompted. The panel was asked if Sanchez could lead a team to a SB. He was over the top in his criticism. He did say nice stuff about the inside LBs for the Jets and Revis...
That's what they do on that show. Question 1 was, can Flacco lead a team to the SB, and question two was can Sanchez lead a team. Honestly, the biggest difference I see between Flacco and Sanchez IMO is Flacco has Ray Rice and a running game to keep the pressure off. I think Sanchez thinks better on his feet than Joe, but Flacco has a stronger arm.
Sanchez was asked about it on 1050 yesterday and didn't seem the least bit bothered, wasn't even aware of it. He says he only listens to what his teammates and coaches say--I think to be a QB in New York you have to approach it that way or you would go crazy.
