Jets | Concern over minor tear of mensicus caused Suggs to fail physical Thu, 17 Aug 2006 10:05:58 -0700 Mary Kay Cabot, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns RB Lee Suggs failed his physical with the New York Jets due to concern over a minor tear of the meniscus, according to a source. Suggs disputed the Jets assessment and said, "I've practiced this whole camp and all spring and did all the conditioning stuff. I passed the physicals here and everything was fine. I went up there and it was something different." Didn't want to start a new thread so here it is. Browns tried to pull a fast one on us and Mangini caught it! MRI's are part of the physical now? Nice catch Tangini. I was excited when we got Suggs even though he's had such an injury prone career, but when healthy he can be a beast. Can't be a beast with a bad knee though.
