Yeah... that was heads up on Joyner's part. Mac Jones had no intention to run on that play... and made a shitty throw thanks to Joyner.
6 sacks by 6 different DL is an amazing feat! As abysmal as the offense is, the defense is light years ahead of last year. I hope they're out for blood in Foxboro after the bye week.
I'd have to go back and watch it (I will later) but i believe IIRC it was a option with the 1st option to run and if spied the outside WR was the 2nd option and we played it perfectly and had a perfect call by ulbrich. absolutely. were tied for 9th in sacks and only 1 player is on pace for double digits (Q is on pace for about 12) it looks like the rotation is working well
The shanked punt I am almost positive led to 0 points. There is no way Mann squibs that kickoff on his own without being told to. Did have a bad game? Yes. Was he in anyway responsible for the loss? I don’t think so. That honor goes to Zach and JFM for basically changing the whole game on one play.
Holy crap I hate JFM. I'm totally biased against him--the last RTP a few weeks ago was the last straw for me--this one holy sht--If I was coach he'd never see the field again cause he doesn't freakin' learn.
Not sure on this. Absolutely as others have said the food poisoning thing and scheme change knocked him way back last year. And I'm not shocked he got more looks this week at all. Replacing CD is exactly what his skill set is. Complementing CD is a whole different thing though. However CD is more versatile and there's definitely a case for both to be on the field together once they are both available. Moore is offering nothing at this point and really seems to want to force his way out.
at this point i'd put mims/cd outside and run wilson in the slot and on some plays split wilson out and run berrios in the slot. not sure whats up with moore but he isn't putting in the effort
