Ehh this is non news, baseball players cheating on their wives is nothing new. The fact that this is front page news is downright disgusting but hey the Yankees apparnetly are still front page news even though they are an absolute disgrace to New York right now.

If you make $25 million/year, you're married, and you play for the Yankees, you're not a regular guy going to a tit joint and you shouldn't try to be. Part of your job responsibility is to not get your picture taken like that. Have a bunch of strippers sent to your room, you make enough money. You think Jeter never gets laid? Why doesn't he end up on the cover of the Post? Because even though he's single, he's smart enough to still keep it out of the paper.

the Yankees should deny the NY Post press credentials. What they did is despicable. They had no right to do that.
The problem is, its the PAGE SIX wolves that do this snooping, not the Post beat writers. I don't know if MLB would allow the Yankees to pull the Post credentials. There would certainly be a grievance. Most likely not worth the effort. And is it not obvious that somebody tipped the Post off?
I know that it isn't the sports writers' fault; the "news" and sports divisions are completely seperate entities in all newspapers. But the Yankees need to punish the Post, and thats the most effective way. Short of pulling their press credentials, they could just boycott the Post writers.
the new york post isn't a newspaper. they just put trash on their cover and hope some people buy it. they make it as trashy as possible, their "news" isn't reliable. they'd be lucky to be called a tabloid. I don't get why anyone would ever buy the post. what, for the dirty pictures and dumb made-up rumors? I can find that online.

Tabloid, to be proper, actually refers to the size of the paper, which the Post is. There's a broad sheet, like the NY Times or the Newark Star-Ledger, tabloid like the Post and the Daily News, and quarterfold, like the TV guides. I get it delivered to my house--sports, pics of girls in bathing suits, laughs. Why not?
