Doctor Sleep, a sequel to The Shining is out on 9/24. I'm going to try to re-read The Shining before going into Dr. Sleep, but I have a feeling I won't really need to. I'm going to guess the sequel is similar to Black House, the sequel to The Talisman, in that the main character is the same, but it is 30 years later and the plot will have nothing to do with the "prequel." I'm more interested in finding out what happened to the main character at the end of Black House than Dr. Sleep to be honest. Did anyone read 11/22/63? I thought that was King's best book in awhile. Very nice ending.
