Started him with Denarius Moore as a game-time decision on Monday Night - - both TDs were right in my endzone.
Hill was the pick I've been most excited about in years and he backed it up today with some excellent plays. I believe I said before that he should get around 50+ catches, unlike other rookies, just because of the sheer targets he will get as our No. 2 WR. He fits our team so perfectly, that I honestly would not have been that sad if he was our first round pick. The one negative I seem to notice is that he has some problem setting his feet when catching a ball, which limits his ability to run after catch. It's something minor and I could be reading into it too much. I think it's something like that, which he may need to work on, since he'd usually be running towards the end zone on go routes at GT, thus didn't need to get his feet set for YAC right after the catch. But with the type of day he had, he can do ballerina poses while catching as far I care.
Have to love someone who after the Carolina game decided he wasn't doing enough and started to catch 100+ balls a day after practice every day. That's work ethic. That's the type of player I want on my team. It paid off yesterday.
Didn't luck throw a bunch of INT's iin a loss? Looks like Hill could already be Sanchez' favorite target.
