    Oh, no doubt.

I don't even think Stafford looks when he throws the ball.

His eyes might even be closed.

    Just FYI = Classic.

So all we have to do is draft a douchebag QB in the 6th round and wait for Sanchez to get blown up on a roll out? Thanks!

For all of you saying that you can't put Edwards and Calvin in the same sentence:

I believe 80 catches 1300 yards and 16 TD's would like a word with you.

Calvin, Andre, and Larry Fitz are the cream of the crop. You can't make arguments for any of the three being number. Someone bitch becasue we do not have one of them is beign real shortsighted.

Do we want a young beast to go with Mark? Sure. Will it be easy to aquire one? Not in the least.

Right, there's a reason all three went top 3 overall.

Those Braylon numbers in Cynic's post look pretty. Too bad he never came close to reaching those numbers ever again.

Hey there, thanks for the information. Because you seem informed, outside of the information part of the equation, and also the relevant analogies. Which are none.

Let me tell you, I have watched the Patriots closely over the past decade, and have been stolidly impressed by the repeated misses at tight end, the failed attempts to create a dominant defensive front seven, and the almost laughable attempts to strengthen the defective secondary.

I meant to say 'defensive secondary', but apparently Swype is more intuitive than I had originally thought.

Don't you preach to us from the mountain. Belichick did not know Brady's value any more than any other draft guru out there, he just took advantage of the perfect storm, which lasted 3 years. Until the perfect storm got some Chinese anti-weather rockets launched into it's heart.

You know as little about Mark Sanchez as anyone else. Except that he crushed your soul when it counted. And it continues to eat at you, so much that you feel the need to post an overtly douche-tastic post on a Jets forum.

Spare us the FYI. Your information is tainted with chowder.

So, your saying that every one hit wonder should go in the Rock and Roll hall of fame with the Beatles? If not than your above post just looks damn silly.

Thats his only season over 1000 yards over 7 TD's. Braylon is a medicore receiver who's had one great year. Not a great receiver on a down year.

Calvin has toped 1000 3 times already ( in two less years) and broke 10 TD's 3 times as well.

Besides that all you have to do is watch the two play. Calvin is a beast at 6'5" 240 and fast as all can be. Add to that elite body controll and very good hands. He always catches the ball away from his body in the first wondow and rarely loses a jump ball.

Braylon is fast and big, but not as fast or as big. 2 inches shorter and 20 pounds lighter. He's had problems with drops and untill last season was among league leaders in the catagory. When his head is in the game he is very good, but does not seem to have the will to be great like the other three possess. Other wise his big year would be more the norm and not an aberration.

And Braylon has proved that it was a fluke great year, he can't even sniff close to that, Megatron gets that consistently.

Can I get a slice lemon put on top of one of those? Or maybe have a Japanese girl enema-squirt one all over my chest?

Mark Sanchez has taken his team to two championship games in his first two seasons in the NFL after only one college season and might just lead the Jets to the postseason for a third season in a row --something NO Jet quarterback (yes, even you Joe) has ever done.

    Matthew Stafford??

    Jamarcus Freeman of the Bucs??

    Sanchez by MILES

all he does is win games

    decade????

without cheating --- they haven't won sh1t since 1960 when they became a charter member of the Foolish Club

but, you have to give their "fans" some slack --- after all there weren't any such things until Walt Coleman's worst call in the entire history of the NFL in January 2002. Prior to that Boston fans were talking Red Sux Hotstove all fall and winter and, in fact, almost lost their team to St Louis because of their lack of fan support

To say that Matt Stafford just throws it up to Calvin Johnson every play isn't really fair. I'm a dolphins fan but I live in Detroit so I watch pretty much every Lions game or what I can see during commercials of the dolphins games. Stafford has a great arm and he spreads the ball out to all of his playmakers. If you listen to Detroit talk shows most people call in and complain that he doesn't go to Calvin enough. I think it was the Minnesota game a couple weeks ago, Calvin only had 2 catches. Of course, Calvin does open up the field for everyone else and is no doubt a huge help. But I think Stafford would be doing alright without him.

The one thing I've seen out of Stafford and I dont think I've seen out of Sanchez is the ability to carry your team when they're not playing well. The Lions don't have a good offensive line, they have no running game, and besides there Dline, there defense is pretty average. Secondary is horrible. The guy can flat out play. I've never seen Sanchez really pick up his team and LEAD them to a win. He's a tough kid, seems like a decent leader but it just seems like everything needs to be going well for the guy to play a good game. I guess the best way I can put it is, I wouldn't be surprised if Stafford went out and threw for 400 yards and 4 touchdowns. I would be surprised if Sanchez did. Not that stats are everything and alot of yards doesn't always culminate in a victory but you get my point. Now, part of that is the offense that each team runs, and Stafford was number 1 overall so you do kind of expect that. But I feel like at this stage in there careers, Stafford has shown the ability to put the team on his back. I don't think Sanchez has.

p.s. I'm not here to troll around or anything. Just wanted to give my opinion. And gotta give props to a good forum.

Are you really going to compare Sanchez's third year against Bledsoes' NINTH year?

You want to come on this site and make an intelligent post go ahead, but don't put another idiotic shit post like that one up again. :pats_suck:
