Agreed, ollie. SBs or no, I will always hate the Dolphins more than any other team on Earth. As far as the "hurts to lose to the Wildcat", I think what pisses me off the most is that our running game was actually better. We rushed for 13 fewer yards on 6 fewer carries. 4.6 YPC for us vs. 4.2 YPC for them. What killed us was the threat of that rushing game. Our passing defense has been absolutely solid up to this point, but we got lulled into throwing everything at the run game and Henne beat us by making one big throw all night. That's it. ONE. What was his longest pass other than the one to Ginn? 17 yards? Everything else was a dump or a screen and YAC. Fuck that. Now we know how frustrating it must have been to play Pennington when he was "on" for us.

toto is right it was a different variation of the wildcat. it was a jumbo wildcat if you will. the problem was when we saw it we werent bringin up enough guys into the box. when we did (the kerry rhodes play on the outside) we stopped them. for the most part though it was 7 in the box all night. and dont get me started on clock management. the no use of the time outs was herm-esque

November 1 is at our place. And since we had an up front and personal experience with the Dolphins offense, the coaching staff should be better prepared for it. The Fish played a perfect game from my standpoint. That is extremely hard to do in this league and I have a hard time believing they can do it again.

I agree. There is nothing worse. Especially right now. The Jets SHOULD beat the Dolphins. That makes it more painful. junc said losing to NE is worse, but I disagree because they are a great team. Miami is very beatable. This sucks.
I hate losing to them even more with that high school formation, hello...they are going to run 99 1/2% of the time out of that stupid formation....
