    he's not, but he's younger and has a better attitude and cheaper. marshall is breaking down with age. when healthy he's a top 5 WR, but with his age and being banged up and his attitude we won't be good before he retires. Decker has a good 2-3 years left still and is a top 5 WR2 in the NFL or a low end WR1. I'm all for cutting marshall regardless but we can replace him with gordon much cheaper

    Perhaps I wasn't clear. I think he's better overall for the Jets, not better in general.

    Keeping in mind the knock on Decker year 1 was that he needed a true #1 opposite him to open him up. When Marshall joined the team; it did exactly that. Losing Marshall would cause Decker to return to being an overmatched #1.
