How did some teams sign so many UDFAs? Minnesota - 16 Jacksonville - 14 Seattle - 12 Cleveland - 9 (I can understand this, they didn't have many draft picks, right?) Also, there was a thread in the Jets forum saying that through a personal contact, they found out that Al Phillips was signed by the Jets, I don't see him on this list.
