I love how the DROY then NFL tackling Leader gets a 92. I'm sure DJ Williams has a higher rating, although he hasn't been nearly as good as Vilma. If Ray Lewis or Brian Urlacher led the league in tackles they'd be rated a friggin 107. Then we have Julian Peterson who is not the same he was a few years ago and Takeo Spikes who is coming off a pretty bad injury still rated as 95's.
players overall ratings are based on there attributes so if urlacher had a 90 tackle which isnt over the top and a 85 speed he should be high i mean there is also other things but u get my jist i mean urlacher is made slow in the game. He is as fast as most safeties use to be one but he just hit so hard now he is a mlb
Update doesnt go over to next year, I have learned that in past years. Plus I have heard this from multiple people so it has to be true
In Madden, if you've had a big rating once, you never go back down. And plus, the game has gotten to be such a big deal that they don't want to piss off any players by underrating them, so everyone gets overrated.
another rating posted from the madden ppv Laveranues Coles 88 ovr 98 speed 88 catch 82 jump 96 accel Jonathan Vilma 92 ovr 85 speed 93 acel 88 awr 93 tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson 85 ovr 65 speed 87 acc 72 awr 66 agi Nick Mangold 83 ovr 63 speed 84 acc 62 awr 54 agi
yea when i first started playing madden and i saw that he had a 99 speed i was like wtf he isnt that fast. i accused the guy of cheating and changing the stats
I wonder if Brock Lesnar (former WWF/WWE wrestler) will be in the gam this year. In last year's game I signed him as a FA defensive tackle and got him from a 63 to like a 88 or 91 or something... PS dont buy the hall of fame edition, there is nothing playable that comes with it...just some DVD about Madden's career that u can see if you care to watch it on NFL Network.
