In last years game, Wilson was awesome. Good tackler, decent Int, and had a very workable salary for a 90+ rating.

Its funny how so many of you get worked up over rankings. Yes the rookies are higher now then in the past. Is it worth crying over no. Does this mean they can make instant contributions to your team? Yes.

Ratings are completely subjective and its impossible to please everyone, especially when people are so biased. The only thing it did was confirm that I was right in wanting Reggie Bush to be on my team...that kids a freak in the game.

Same description? Roy Williams almost doubled Lynch's solo tackle count.

It's like 84 to 45 or something around there...

^^Lynch and Williams are overrated. Both our liabilities in coverage where as guys like Adrian Wilson and Ed Reed are not.

Thats is the way it is with big name player.....I would rate martin mid 80's right about now but expect him to get a few extra points because he's cmart.

We all also know that coles doesn't deserve to be that freakin fast. He's more of a balanced receiver then a pure burner.

Yeah...but Sean Taylor is a douche bag.

Freeney is right up there with Peppers...Pep is more versatile, but Freeney is a sack machine.

Freeny over Peppers. Pep really lost a step after he got off the roids.

What has he proven? He's very skilled, but he's not yet a top 5 safety.

His skills probably are that high, but his awareness is low...as it should be. Im pretty sure he's damn good in the game.

    Safeties:
    1) Ed Reed
    2) Troy Palumalu
    3) Brian Dawkins
    4) Adrian Wilson
    5) Sean Taylor (I don't care if he's ever made a Pro-Bowl. First of all he's very young, and secon of all, the Pro-Bowl is perhaps the worst tool of grading how good a player really is, as long as you have a popular name you get in, stats and play hardly matter)

I have to agree that Wilson is one of th emost underrated players in the league, he can hit and cover with the best of them, it just so happens that he has been on a bad team that gets minimal media coverage

It's a crime that wilson isn't one of the top ranked safeties. But we all know how madden likes big name players.

ya know, i was with ya on the lynch earning a 94 but these rankings made me throw up a little bit in my mouth.

ADRIAN PETERSON- he is one of the more underrated guys but he isnt a top 5 in the league. he may look that way since hes the only decent db on the team (rolle injured last season)

i think after this season will demps is going to be put up there. he is gonna have a huge year now that he isnt in ed reeds shadow anymore
