3rd, You have a thread going with the same picture...and you want to know what? Its a great one...because its from the heart..and its how you feel. My point is simple about champ...where was he last week...after the win. I will discuss negative views with any Jet fan...but I know what his motives are and what pisses me off is this. If I bet you ten dollars that the Jets will win..and they do...you better show up with my money. If I lose...im going to be there..and not run. Champ shows up when he "wins" or when his team loses..and quite honestly..Im sick of it.
I will reply to this one from you only cause you cannot even have the brains to think that I may have decided to enjoy life somehere else in the world rather then stay at home & watch the NYJ/Bills game. Maybe you to someday will be able to afford 10 day vacations like I just took
Oh god this is the icing on the cake! You are the best man! I have no doubts that you were the "gifted" one picked up by the little yellow bus. Can we have some more of your original material?
Yeah...you threw me a bone off your list because I hit a nerve. Thats the biggest bunch of bullshit I have ever heard..you were on vacation...flew in Monday morning...and for the 10th time you have to knock me because you think I dont have your money. A child would respond back "yes I do!!"...but a very wise person told me when I was a young man that people that use the words you did above..can usually be bought ten times over...Im sure thats the case.
A champ post after a loss. As consistent as winter during the course of the year or the sun after a rainy day Newsflash: The jets are not an elite team. They do not have the personnel/coaching/cohesiveness to be an elite team. You can keep whining until you are red in the face, it won't change the fact that this team is rebuilding, and won't be ready to contend for a championship this year.
as much information, or football insight as we get from you. we all know the last time we won a SB and we all know its not easy. what you dont know is, its very possible to enjoy your team without a Lombardi. well see, for normal people at least. and im not trying to sound naive to the point where thats what we dont truly expect, but you completely do not allow yourself to enjoy anything but the obvious. althought we shouldve won that game yesterday, its become pretty obvious this team is almost as good as sunshiners would think and definitely better than our self hating jet fans predicted. im done now cause im beating a dead horse, and although I disagree with a majority of what u say or think, i respect the fact youve been a fan this long. even though its probably ruined your ability to enjoy the present cause your living in a continious past of expecting the worst. i hope you see another championship though.
My sentiments exactly. In fact, last week (after the win) I almost posted something to the effect like, "Where is Champ this week?", but decided to let it go. Now here he is again, after the loss, ranting with his nonsense. No credibility at all. Absolutely pathetic that this guy even thinks he's a "Jets fan."
Regardless of the fact that the Defense was a disgrace in that game, it is awfully difficult for the Champ to actually make an argument that these are the same old Jets. It is becoming clear that this team is headed in a direction that is positive and productive. They are prepared, play football for 60 minutes, creative, and gameplan/make adjustments. It has been argued on this board for the last few weeks that we do not have the personnel for the 3-4, and from our play of late I think it is obvious something is missing. But you can't fix a team with the amount of holes we had in ONE FREAKING YEAR. Only a doofus would come out and cry like this old man does everytime they post a loss. It is a rebuilding year for a reason.
Perfectly put..and thats why 90% of the board is looking at this half full..and the other 9.99999 % are speaking with emotion and disgust on how we lost that game..but to a man...would easliy admit that this isnt the same ole Jets. And then theres Maude.
Thank U 4 the kudos but when I lived in Florida after JV was drafted it was his coach Larry Coker who alerted me to what I have been posting about JV. The same with our not so sold Brick it seems speed rushers do give him trouble just like ESPN said & yestreday it cost us very, very big time. So keep looking out for his downside as pointed at by ESPN
Hey Captain Obvious, Brick was owned on ONE speedrush to the outside early in the first. Are you sure that you weren't still up in the air, after a 10 day vacation from Camp HelpMEFindaClue?
You see, you dumb little troll, you go ahead and barage this board, saying how Brick had trouble with speedrushers, yet yesterday, he didn't- not even close. You try and cover up your error with "the beginning of the clink in his armor." Can you just admit that you don't watch the games and have NO football intellect?
Sorry I do not think so since I this type collapse has occurred repeatly for the last 37 years rather you want to believe that or not
Well then stop booking flights out of town after Jet losses and come to the board and face it like a man. Just once. My foot never entered my mouth...your history is well noted around here.
I'm surprised you ended up rewinding and watching the game champ. How about Justin Miller's record 103 yard kick off return for a TD. Yeah no one was making plays out there. No special onside kick for a recovery. If you plan to bitch about the team perhaps you should bitch about the right things. Like you expected them to win yesterday anyway. You have less faith in this team than anyone. Untill you do perhaps you shouldn't judge.
