Waking up today was like waking up on Christmas morning when I was a kid. 3 o'clock can't get here quick enough.

It's gone from the pumped up the entire week to waking up just now with that funny feeling in your stomach, butterflies all around. I just opened up my stomach, those butterflies are Green and White!
I was happy with the win over SD until Wednesday. Then i shifted to thinking about this game. i told myself if we beat the Chargers,i would just be happy about being in the championship game,and wouldn't get my hopes up etc. yeah,that worked out well. Been a Jet fan since Todd in the early 80s and there is no freakin way i'm not pumped up/nervous/excited/anxious/somewhat emotional about this game. My girlfriend told me i'm like a little boy this weekend. My kids are making fun of me,but have their Jets gear ready. lets go to Miami,Jets!
I actually was so excited about last weeks victory that I gave my Revis Jersey away to my friend who I watched the game with. He's English and it was his first Jets Playoff game... so that leaves me here with only a pair of Jets socks... the rest of my gear is packed up in transit because I moved earlier this week. Now, that sounds like I F'ed myself over... but I got a call earlier from that friend and he said he's hosting a Jets party for 3 at his house in England tonight. The other two guys have never watched football in their lives... but they have pizza, a big screen TV, beer, and playoff Jets! I'm pumped up/nervous/excited/anxious/emo.... but the faithful are gathering... and we have to believe!!!!!!

I'm off to my friends house, again. Same Revis t-shirt on, sitting on the same part of his couch to watch this game. I miss being in the game threads all post season long, but this is working. I'm there in spirit though. Enjoy the game however you watch it, I hope to come back onto TGG later tonight celebrating. At this point, all you can say is J-E-T-S. Nothing more. :beer:
That sounds cool. And a a chance to spread the Revis gospel in England to some new worshippers. I haven't been wearing my Jets hat or any jets gear in a while. And it's been working so i have kept it on the shelf. Just my Jets sweatshirt that I had on last Sunday and during the 2 bengals wins.
