So it looks like the real takeaway from last week was that we can't tackle

I'm not saying they weren't a result of Big Ben making plays but on a few of those occassions Landry, Scott, Pace and Harris didn't make plays before the ball was thrown. For a team that is built on D and makes you believe they are elite they certainly have missed thier share of tackles the 1st two weeks. Our LB's suck, there is no way around that.

-When will our defense learn to finish a sack?
-When will our offense learn to throw PAST the markers on 3rd down?

Two examples of repeated horrible play under the Ryan era.

What did Rex have to say after the game?

More BS talk the team can't back up?

if you are going to depend on lame cliches, at least understand how they are used.

if a defense is fatigued because they can't get off the field from the get-go, fatigue isn't a legitimate excuse.

fatigue is an excuse when the defense is playing great and stopping the opponent, but because the offense is so bad eventually they wear down from being on the field and eventually give up points.

does that sound like what happened in this game to you?

the defense couldn't tackle from the opening drive. what were they fatigued from, getting dressed? after a 90 yard Jets scoring drive, the defense still gave up another long scoring drive. what wee they fatigued from then, watching the offense?

after a halftime break and 4 minute Jets drive, the defense then gave up another TD on the Steelers first possession of the second half. 4 scoring drives on their first 5 possessions. how the fuck does that have to do with being fatigued?

They beat us threw the air. If Revis played today we are talking about a win.
