Yeah – it’s pretty cool when you meet these guys and they are graceful like that. Chad has a house in Sarasota and I’ve actually run into him a few times down there. Last time, a few weeks ago - he was waiting for a table at a restaurant and me and my brother were in the bar – we had Jets hats on and he just started BSing with us like a regular fan you run into. It’s refreshing – living in Tampa over ten years and having owned a limo business a few years ago – I’ve met a lot of sports celebrities. Unfortunately – many of them are total pricks…
I actually had a chance to meet Vilma at our FedEx company event. He is definitely as nice as genuine as this post dictates. Funny story: My co-worker brought a female client of his. Vilma started flirting with her at the podium (signing podium) and asked for her number. She had a bf, but of course still gave it to him. My co-worker took his client home after the event and Vilma had already texted her. He asked if he could stop by her apartment, she denied him- he said that he was off to Green Bay (packers game)
