u just named 5 people right there, so you pretty much just discredited your whole point. and rex loves MTV so he would bring him up if we need the help. plus devito is expected to be back for this game.

therefore, im pretty sure i have a valid point.

    plus fat albert sucks.

There is no more necessary discussion.

one, this has nothing to do with veteran players.

two, you are completely making it up that BB doesn't get the best out of veteran players.

three, it has to do with piece of shit malcontent players, which is Haynesworth's problems, not that he is a veteran.

so, not only are you wrong and making things up, you aren't even discussing the dynamic that is the issue.

If Haynesworth couldn't even last the entire season in New England, with his career on the line, what would make anyone think that he will turn things around in New York?

    Pass.

haynesworth doesn't give a shit about football.

rex has a very simple motto. Rex has always said that he wants passionate football players and places great value on that. he wouldn't go near haynesworth. that's why he cut bait with Gholston, but took on Maybin.

haynesworth would be a funny, sign him for a week/make him captain and cut him deal, but outside of that it's worthless.

Doesn't make sense to sign him, though I do believe he would be a better fit here then with NE, regardless it's a risk and a distraction that we don't need now, lets focus on kicking cheatriot butt on Sunday.

Spot on. Over half this board called this from the beginning. Haynesworth wouldn't play for $100 million, but he's supposed to play for Bill Belichick and his 'motivational skills'? Give me a fucking break.

All offseason we took shit from Pats fans how we'll miss Brad Smith (nope, McKnight #1 in the NFL in kick return avg) and Shaun Ellis (hasn't done ANYTHING with NE), and a bunch of other role players. Glad to see them get their comeuppance.

Oh and I forget, Sapp called it in the summer. That fool probably hitting the ceiling right now over at the NFLN dying to get on the air.

He pretty much said, in all the talk of how B.B can motivate anyone that it wont work on "overrated" Haynesworth.

And I said to myself, how funny would it be if someone posted a thread suggesting we sign him.
