I really like the way the ball comes out... nice & smooth. Sam always looked like he was throwing a water balloon....
Giving him too much credit? The Jets PR staff prepped him well? Wrong. His family are the one who prepped him well and raised him right. Jamison Crowder is an awesome person off the Football field and never let millions of $$$ change his character or personality. Super humble. He's also his little brothers HERO... He's an awesome man off the field and didn't no Jets PR staff "prep him" for being so classy off the field. (you're the one giving PR staff a little too much credit here).
I never knew anything about Patrick Mahomes coming out. Don't remember ever watching any Texas Tech games and definitely don't remember FSU ever playing them etc so I never even bothered watching his highlights coming into the draft etc. But I know that the same Patrick Mahomes day one shot calling fans who saw greatness in Mahomes have become some of the same Zach Wilson day one shot callers and as a Trevor Lawrence fan I really hope these guys are right (I've put my trust in them on this one). Kid has an A+ arm and is super accurate and also mobile (unlike Sam on all 3 accounts). The last time we drafted a QB who dominated NCAA football quite like Zach Wilson was Chad Pennington and before injuries Chad Pennington was an animal of a QB to Randy Moss deep down the sidelines; I'm so glad we drafted this kid.
A positive Cimini tweet? A Morgan pass to Smith. I am guessing this is from yesterday. After that back shoulder pass from White to Carter yesterday I am not getting fooled again and checking the QB number before I post something completely wrong again..
Just in case anyone missed it tomorrow's practice was canceled so today is the last practice before training camp.
Elijah Moore is a problem. On a side note, I haven't heard of any Zach Wilson INTs today but as a fan I don't mind when the kid throws an INT here and there because A.) I'm a big chess fan (play 2 games per day to keep my mind strong) and Grandmaster Chess players learn more from their loses, than they do their wins; and I believe same concept applies to especially Rookie QBs (having an opportunity to learn from Rookie mistakes). B.) I'm a defensive minded fan (username) and I'd be seriously concerned about our Defense under coach Saleh, if our players weren't able to make plays on the ball and pickoff passes against a ROOKIE Quarterback. C.) I don't care how great of a QB prospect you're considered, no Rookie QB has ever been inducted into the Hall of Fame (Peyton Manning's rookie season).
