I've been thinking about cancelling my SI subcription. More and more, SI (the magazine) doesn't provide the same awesome information and stuff like that which distinguished it from 6 years ago (which was when I first subscribed). Strangely enough, I have never thrown an issue away. They're all boxed up for some reason. But that's besides the point. I don't seem to get around to read it anymore, and what they provide isn't worth as much as it used to.

OK...back on topic... I get SI for free. Why? Because Directv gave it to me for being a Sunday Ticket subscriber. I also get USA Today Sports Weekly. Much better writing. And it has only 2 sports. The 2 sports I love, NFL Football and MLB.

Maybe that would be the better way to go. I'll check it out. SI has some good stuff, but maybe it's just worn out on me. Maybe I should call em up and tell them that I'm thinking about cancelling, and maybe get a 50% discount

Only MLB and NFL with USA today? That's awsome. I could care less about any other sport. Now if they would come out with a Espn/NFL network Sports channel that did the same.

1 year is $44.95. But you can get it cheaper. I think we paid $28 this year. They are always running some special.

i know nobody brought this up, but is espn the mag as bad as it was when it first came out? i hated the fact that it was HUGE. a little obnoxious imo...just like stewart scott and his eyebrow.
