there was a thread a week or so talking about our finish, i still go with a loss to tenn, loss to denver and either buffalo or miami. i definitely dont see denver going as good as they predict. i see them losing to either kc or oakland, to carolina for sure and either buffalo or san diego. tennesee loses to the steelers and dolts to end the year i agree with the dolts they will lose to jacksonville
I hate hearing this nonsense about the Titans game not being all that important since we'll still have 5 left to play. Each win puts us in a better position of making the playoffs, so every little bit counts. Every game is a MUST WIN. We're in control of our own destiny now. Let's go!
No one (?) is saying that. It's just that it may be less important than the Broncos or Phins game, for tie-breaking reasons. No arguing with that! though it sorta goes without saying. No it isn't. It's you that's guilty of hyperbole here, if anyone is. I'm not meaning to pick on you, but this is the kind of attitude that like clockwork leads to all the "the sky is falling!" posts on the Monday after a loss. That gets real old. I think we match up extremely well with Denver. They have Selvin Young, Andre Hall, Michael Pittman, and Ryan Torain out. We're already great against the run, it shouldn't be hard to keep them around 40-60 yards for the game. Also, their D is awful (obviously), so Favre and Jones/Washington could have a field day with them. Champ Bailey will still be out (I think) and Cotchery should be an easy target. However, Cutler scares me. Revis on Marshall will be amazing to watch, but it's likely that Royal will annhilate Lowery. We just need some decent play by Law, although it's unrealistic to expect him to shut down Royal. Regardless, I'll be there screaming my ass off.

I still want to see us go in do the job against Denver though, just to put that scenario to rest for (almost) sure, and make it a 3-way for the top two slots if we keep playing well: Jets, Titans, and Steelers (with Colts, Ravnes, Pats and Phins as dark horses to jump ahead of us only if we lose half of the remaining 4 games, or Phins win out)
