Do you think we should let Schotty grind it out or is a change needed?

Won't make a difference as long as #6 is still behind center...

I like Callahan but his offensive line hasn't been moving anybody for weeks. You promote him to OC tomorrow and people want him fired by the Buffalo game.

Honestly right now I would seriously look into firing Schotty for Callahan or Cavanaugh... a change needs to be made.

Yes for now but no for the offseason. He is fine as a positional coach, I dont trust him still as a caller of anything yet.

If Kubiak is kicked off Houston, look at him just strictly at OC. Guy doesnt know how to rally up anybody or coach defense or use time management but as an offensive minded guy he is very crafty.

The ship is sinking. We need to make a change now. Since Rex has been saying for weeks that he'll get things fixed and he clearly has not, I guess a new OC is as good as any move we can make. 2 straight weeks with no TD's and 4 games out of 13 with no TD's is just not acceptable for a team that had Super Bowl aspirations.

Keep down this path and it's either no playoffs or very early exit.

Ryan should push his chips to the middle of the table like Jim Fassel did some time ago.

Frankly, I saw how Callahan ran the Raiders into ground so I wouldn't really put any more responsibility than OL coach. Kubiak (if fired) or McDaniels might be a better option for the OC.

I voted yes, because something needs to be done, but I'm not sure how this necessarily rights the ship.

Slauson is still feeling the effects of a knee injury and woody is hurt. It's not like Brick, Moore and Mangold suddenly became turnstiles.

Right, but they haven't been much better than average either.

Hes like the evil twin brother of Schottenheimer.

Brian is all run, run, no pass....Josh is all pass, pass, no run. His running attack the past 2 years was awful. They both try to be cute too....

Not to mention Mike Westoff if I remember hates this dude for what he said about the Jets onside recovery training.

    Promote Callahan?

why all this promote Callahan to OC talk when his Offensive line is a complete bag of shit? Can someone explain that to me?

I understand everyone wants Schotty gone because Sanchez went 17-44 and the RBs averaged two cunt hairs per carry but why on earth would we give Callahan a promotion of all people?
