You have passed judgement without looking at any balance of work. Ultimately, you may be right. There is a chance, I must be fair here. At least give the new team a chance to do something. Do not expect miracles the first year either. If at the end of year 2, if we are clearly still in disarray and struggling due to poor decisions, then it will be time to go a hunting. Look at it this way, if things did not change, we were headed for one of the darkest periods ever in Jet history. It could be argued we were already there. At least somebody realized something had to be done. This new crew is presented with an Everest of challenges and when coupled with their documented experience, I surely can appreciate your concerns. However, they have the gift of youth, and they have energy, and brains, and at least have an established pedigree. Lets re-visit this in December 2006 and see where we are at. I think, even though there is risk with this move, it also has the greatest potential to point the Jets toward a pinnacle they have sought after for over 3 decades. I like the move and I am prepared for the bliss and I am prepared for the agony.
