i would think we are infinitely more likely to put in a claim for Merriman than Moss... Of course I could see us passing on claiming merriman and signing him after he clears....
yup, and she was dating tila tequila, not merriman. In fact merriman was accused of beating the shit out of tequila. Since some of the things surrounding Casey Johnsons OD seemed to point to Tila being a root cause of her increasing drug addiction, I imagine Woody might be thrilled we bring in the guy who nearly strangled her... even though it didnt actually happen. Either way, I don't think we bring in merriman which says an awful lot about how likely i think it is we bring in moss
Miami is pretty low in the waiver order. I'm sure there are other teams before them that would love to have Merriman.
