I don't know if Smith has a future on the Jets. At this moment the Jets have 17 wide receivers on the roster.

Time to form voltron. probably still wouldn't amount to Megatron :(

I have no idea whats going on though, the Charles Johnson signing, that was for Teddy IMO. They had good chemistry.

Eagles traded up once. They identified who they wanted and went for it. If the Jets trade up again it will make them look like fools. Are you expecting the Jets to hit the jackpot with this QB pick? if so you must be a new Jets fan. Expecting Macc to get it right is asking a lot.

    nope
    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...eagles-blueprint-for-trades-that-netted-wentz

"Two years ago, the Eagles made two trades to move up: they went from No. 13 to No. 8 in a swap with the Dolphins that included CB Byron Maxwell and LB Kiko Alonso, and then to No. 2 in a trade with the Browns. The moves allowed them to select a franchise centerpiece in QB Carson Wentz. "

they also gave up much more then we would to get to 2.
Mac has never picked a QB in the 1st round, so it's not fair to judge him based on our history. Also as a franchise since 1985 we;ve only drafted 2 Qbs in the 1st round (chad and sanchez) so that's a pretty small sample size. it's not like we are the browns who drafted like 8 in that same period if not more.
