I say this last night. I was surprised too when I read that, so I guess that erases any doubt about not opting for Kindle. He's still going to be a hell of a player, and I hope Miami doesn't get him in the later rounds..

The problem with micro fracture surgery is it is still in its infancy. It is kind of like ACL surgery in the 70's. It really is a coin flip as to if it will work or not. This would really be a roll the dice pick unless of course a team is that confident in their surgeon. At this point I can't see that but stranger things are known to happen.

Very disconcerting in any event, but particularly for a guy whose entire game is based on speed and whose size lends me to believe that the surgery won't hold up long term. I didn't love Kindle based on the tape. Now I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.

IMO this news makes Kyle Wilson a no-brainer

From a value POV the Wilson pick just graduated from a steal to a no brainer

Wow tough break for Kindle, there was talk about him going top 15 and now he might not get picked till the later rounds. He lost millions and maybe his entire football career with that knee problem.
