To make it worse, you can pin a lot of playoff losses on Rodgers playing bad.

Meanwhile Brees showed up every single year in the playoffs. Remember that 49ers game when they gave up a game winning drive to Alex Smith in 2011? Or the ref screw job against the Rams? Or the defensive meltdown against Minnesota with 6 seconds left.

Payton had a QB that showed up EVERY playoff game he played in, yet Payton couldn't seal the deal ever again after the first title.

McCarthy on the hand had Rodgers who basically only showed up half the time.

Signs pointing to Rex Ryan as Sean Payton's defensive coordinator in Denver. Jay Glazer reported Payton interviewed him. Payton also interviewed Rex's son as WR coach (lions asst WR coach)

That's a pretty cool combination. You know the first thing fat Rex told Payton was "We have to steal Sauce Gardner from the Jets".

I had it wrong by the way.

Rex is interviewing with the Broncos but his boy is NOT meeting with them about being a WRs coach, he’s interviewing with our Jets.

I think Broncos fans are going to be in for a disappointment next season; I don't care how many brand names you bring in, splash doesn't win games.

I am in the Nashville airport and just saw Rex. He was all lost saying he was trying to get to Denver and an attendant was assisting him. Said hello and he responded but was flustered trying to find his gate. So that all but seals he will be the next D Coordinator for the Broncos if he's heading there now.

Broncos hired Westhoff.. they hire rex too might have to actually care about Denver.
As much as our special teams have struggled never understand why we didn't get help from Westhoff.
