champ, what's with the all-or-nothing mentality? Instead of floundering in a 45-year funk, think of the Jets as a drunken bridge-and-tunnel Guidette. Yeah she'll eventually blow lunch on your chest in mid-romp, but she'll also provide you with a "beat NE in the playoffs" moment every so often as well. Maybe learn to enjoy those moments (however rare) and ride the wave for what it's worth while you can instead of dying a slow, frustrating death with your hammer in hand.
