If we need to be concerned about Indy sitting their starters so we can win out then we have no business being in the playoffs to begin with.
I doubt Denver will lose to Oakland at Mile High. The Colts could lose to the Jags on Thursday night. NE will probably beat Buffalo in Buffalo. Miami could lose to Tennessee, but I see this as a game that could go either way.
I said this in another thread so forgive me for repeating myself. Since the NFL wants to add some games to the schedule they should have a week break from the end of the season and the first playoff games. Any wild card teams that are tied for a spot should have a play-in game, just like baseball. Only use tiebreakers if the teams are in the same record and one would win division and one would get the wild card. This has always annoyed me, a team ends up with the same record but doesn't make it because of how they got to that record. It's stupid, a 10-6 team is a 10-6 team. No matter how they got there both teams would've played well enough to have a shot at the playoffs.
