    plus, our qb needs to get comfortable with all these new toys. I will get excited in aug when i see it on the field. On paper it looks great but thats all it is so far.

    Yes I thought this too, the Steelers aren't the Raiders....they usually know what they are doing.


    They are very high on Mike Wallace though.

    well, he has a great chance to be the league's best #4 WR

    reference: somebody on this site said that he was best #4 WR in the league...still not sure wat that means

    That's what I'm a little worried about.. why did they give up this guy for so little? They clearly just wanted to get rid of him.

    Maybe with his bad press and Ben they want to clean up the shop a little and send a message. their loss is hopefully our gain.

    I am pretty sure the Steelers only netted a 5th rounder for Holmes because

    a) He is probably going to be suspended for the first 4 games of 2010
    b) He is a free agent of 2011 and I am sure Pitt would not want to resign him with his off the field baggage (they are a very image friendly organization)

    Still a steal though for the Jets if you ask me.

    They already have their hands full with Ben, and Holmes isn't helping. He didn't even throw the glass according to eye witnesses. His twitters need to stop, but really we just got a receiver who can catch.

    Holmes>Edwards ...we now have the best receivers in the league.
