I think these players we are getting understand ONE thing, Jets are in to win a Super Bowl. A player's dream is to win that title and if you want one, better keep your nose clean and do what is asked of you, otherwise, the other teams in the NFL who have a chance, will not even bother. You'll end up in the wasteland called Oakland. I have no idea who we are going to draft now guys, I won't be surprised if Tanny somehow, someway, gets us Taylor Mays. He's be a perfect fit.

It's not true, because there is no such thing as a "player to be named" in football. It's cut and dry in the NFL. Plus Leon would have to sign a contract before hand and that hasn't happened either.

For those who say we are "going all in for the Superbowl this year".........If BE or Holmes don't work out, they are both FAs. JTaylor's deal will be 2 years, low money. We still have a 1st, a 2nd, a 4th, a 6th, and a 7th rounder in this year's draft. We have NOT mortgaged the future, and have NOT acquired any tremendous future liabilities in exchange for making a run this year. I just can't wait until we get a 5th rounder for Clemens.
Well a 3rd string QB or a 3rd Sting WR....your choice. But when your QBs are Henne, Pennington, then Thigpen and OUR WRs and Edwards, Cotchery, then Holmes.... you have a whole different story. I cannot wait, I have a co-worker who is a Fins fan and I'm sure he hasn't heard about this yet.
