Sanchez didn't even recognize that throwing the ball away when the play broke down was mandatory. He gave up a FG attempt on a weak attempt to string things out on the 15.
When will Sanchez realize you don't throw to a receiver with 3 defenders on him, especially in the Redzone,, that pic cost the team 3 points and the last play of half was totally Sanchez fault, that cost them another 3 pts...SANCHEZ SUCKS !!!!!!
then a redo... 6 seconds, 2 plays... ugh.... dancing around like a ballerina to throw an incomplete pass. sancho started well tonight. then he fucked it right in the ass and played like horse shit from that point forward. and as someone said earlier, clean pocket, no pressure, guy open he can make the throw. put any kind of pressure or movement into it and he is fucked. i would expect him to get blitzed 40 times come week 1.
I suspect we're going to find that out. Because if the Jets don't cut Sanchez tomorrow something is very wrong.
Another one of the little things people don't notice, that just kills me. I know to do that in Madden, this guy is a NFL QB in his 5th year and still doesn't understand game situations.

Who cares if they didn't go for the field goal, it's preseason football. If it were an actual game it would be inexcusable. But that offensive sequence was freaking awful.
He had 4 seconds to throw to a wide open Winslow earlier in the game and for some reason threw it at his feet. Sanchez is just awful.
The QB needs to know to throw the ball away there. It's not that they didn't go for the field goal, it's that Sanchez should realize with 6 seconds left and no timeouts if he has no open WRs he needs to throw the ball out of the back of the endzone and preserve the chance for 3 points. Leaving there without a field goal was unacceptable.
How the hell after they recovered that punt fumble at the 3 yd line did they not run the wildcat with Powell,, that wildcat was working good,,Instead Sanchez ran, then a terrible pass, then he wasted the clock with a bullshit incomplete so they couldn't get 3 pts,,,,SANCHEZ SUCKS.
