    Oh...thanks.

Well, I think Santonio Holmes sure came through in the clutch "for Sanchez" big-time in Sanchez's most successful year, which was 2010. Absolutely no doubt about that.

In fact, I'm of the opinion that Sanchez's success has always been more or less completely dependent on lots of help from "playmakers" on both sides of the ball. I mean, it's obvious that he's never carried the Jets team in any way, shape, or form. He's had his moments, but he's always been limited.

Ray Rice is a great guy to have on your team for sure, but that play was rather flukey, ask me. I've seen Vince Young do that type of shit several times on 4th and long.

There's never been an NFL QB who succeeded without playmakers around him. The closest you come is Brady and he had an all-time great coaching staff that made sure all the units were productive most of the time and accountable when they were not.

So people decide to compare one play each player did? Sanchez hasn't had a running back even close to ray rices talent. If we had LT earlier maybe. It's hard to compare but I would say ray rice is better at his position than Holmes, Braylon, cotcg, plax, kerley are at theirs.

I'm gonna do what you normally do, you're forcing me to: in the Indy game where he "outduelled" Peyton Manning, "IF" the Colts don't call that horrendous and unnecessary timeout, Sanchez doesn't outduel anybody and the Jets lose that game.

Rice took a pass at the line of scrimmage on a 4th and 29, which means the defense was set up in a big-time, deep pass situation. The entire defensive backfield was between him and the first down. Cotchery made the catch in a normal defense and jumped over a guy.

There's no comparison between the plays other than two guys making long runs and a couple of defenders miss.

The Chargers have stayed the course with a guy who's a great coordinator but can't hack it as a head coach. It's gotten them nowhere. A couple of teams tried it with Wade Phillips, and it's not like he ever became anything. Staying the course just to be consistent doesn't solve the problem. Rex has lost the team, lost it last year, and it continues to unravel on every level. It has no discipline, it has limited talent, the players fight verbally through the media and physically in hte lockerroom and on the field, and now the assistants are even getting into it. He's not working out. I'm not talking about firing him just because we're not good - he TOOK OVER A GOOD TEAM and has basically run it into the ground.

The Jets have always made bad coaching decisions. This is nothing new. Good coaches who show promise and actually show improvement should be given time; Rex does not fit that bill.

i felt the need to continue this post going........................today being Sunday! Im sure Sanchez will have a great game today, simply because thats what the guy does. Follows a putred performance up with a performance good enough to keep his job. Speaking of jobs, its amazing that fireman ed is the next victim of unemployment due to Sanchez's performance. The streak continues- how many more jobs will sanchez be the cause of?

Even though the Cardinals are hot garbage, they still have a decent pass defense statistically. So we can expect Sanchez to look, well, like Sanchez.

It's time for McEleroy. Let's give the guy a chance now, huh? Because I've seen enough.
