I don't know if anyone else was following on Twitter, but this camp didn't go over too well with Mangold. He was tweeting about it yesterday and it seems like he felt left out (and implied that other linemen felt the same.)

No good deed goes unpunished I guess. One has to wonder if Mangold is even more upset than he's let on. He's been vocally unhappy about TJ, Faneca, Leon, Revis getting all the attention in contract negotiations, and now this.

I hope I'm just seeing a problem that isn't there, but Mangold is the last guy I want getting fed up with this team.

He tweeted a while ago about the camp too, I think he's just joking around.

He knows they're not practicing blocking out there, just timing, and getting the routes down.

I kind of flip-flopped between thinking he was joking and thinking he was actually upset about it. I'm hoping it was all in good fun.

Mangold isn't catching passes or running routes. I'm pretty certain he isn't taking this one up the ass...

I don't think he's hurt about not getting to practice with the guys. The only thing I could see him being upset about is being left out from the slumber party the QB threw and forgot to invite his bodyguards to.

For some reason this made me lol.

I think Nick is just f'ing around as well. Sanchez is tight with the OL. He might even buy them a pair of those girly gloves for winter (do they still make those?).

Googled it. Isotoner. I got bored trying to find the DM commercial from the 80's.

I guess it's pretty sad that as soon as I read "those girly gloves" my brain said "Isotoner."

Would Joe even be given a shot at QB in today's NFL with his height?

Is it me, or do Clowney's arms look too short for his body? (Serious question.)

Great to see this, so glad Sanchez would show the leadership and set this camp up. I hope Braylon gets out there and him missing his flight wasnt just bs...Oh and I want that t shirt would be funny if it showed up in the nfl shop.

That pix gives 'rise' to the question--while hiding--Namath's huge mits.

The 'angle' of the camera. If Sanchez is 6' 2" than Namath looks 5' 11' at best in that pix.

Namath was 6' 2'' 205 and had no less than 'nfl old school' Vince Lombardi citing him as the "best pure passer" he ever saw.

Bear Bryant used Namath's "arm" to serve as "long-distance" kick drills while at Alabama.....while citing Joe Willie as the "best athlete" that he ever coached at 'Bama.

First QB to throw for over 4,000 yards. (4,007)

Namath was the pre-Marino...in terms of that fast-release "flick"

All-state basketball in no less a state than PA. Chi Cubbies offered him (back then) 50K to sign with them as a pitcher.

NFL (St. Louis) Cards drafted him NFL 1st round......Jets grabbed him for 427K....Bill Ryan (Dr. Bill Ryan) the QB of the Cleve. Browns said: "if he's worth 427,000...then I'm worth a million"

Took the AFL 17-point underdog vs. an NFL champ team who owned FIVE shutouts, and put the AFL on the map.

Green Bay 35; Kansas City 10
    Green Bay 33; Oakland 14

    Jets 27; Oak 23
    Jets 16; Colts 7

    Namath, period.

    p.s
next year: kc=13; nyj = 6......pete lammons WAS in bounds...
