When was the long ball to Edwards?

Was it before or after this happened?

Hehe. Noodle arm. I haven't heard that one in a forever.

Seriously, though, don't we have an orthopedist who posts here? I remember him being pretty dead-on with all Chad's stuff a few years back.

Man, that's a lot of big words for regular Internet morons to read.

There are enough Asians and Jews to translate for you. Just let someone know when you get to a word with more than 2 syllables.

    After.

He will be in pain and he will play. But everyone here seems to know better than the Jets medical staff so he should probably be going in for surgery or something.

I'm not panicking... just saying cartilage is something that doesn't re-attach by itself... and is important in the structure of the shoulder.

Think of all the WRs with cartilage problems in the knees...

Hence why he will be in pain... and will play through it.

Curtis Martin played for years with no cartilage in his knees.

I banged an Asian Jew back when I was in college. Does that count?

On the downside, his pitching career is over.

Well, of course we know better. We're completely untrained, haven't seen the MRIs, or spoken to the specialists.

But we've got some things the doctors haven't got - free time, beers, egos as big as all get out, and an Internet connection.

Sure but Sanchez is 24 and he has many years left... starting with cartilage problems at 24 isn't the best recipe for a long career!

That said, considering his worth to the future of this franchise, I'm sure he will recieve the best possible treatment now and in the off-season... at this point we should hope for a strike :p.

I know but think about how many times doctors have taken wrong decisions/made mistakes and severly shortened a player's career (not just in the NFL but in general).

Medicine isn't a 100% exact science so I think it's not out of this realm to worry...
