None of those passes were over 15 yards. They were mostly under 10 and then run as I recall.

I was going to go somewhere but I figured I have to stay home and watching the home opener. Next week will be tough as well.

There's always next season. keep telling yourself that. It becomes natural after a while. You'll see.

Forget character, forget defensive and offensive schemes, we just cannot play with the big boys because our players are just not as good. What really ticks me off is our continuous poor drafting in the first round, which means no matter what our record, we can never catch up. Here is the draft order number of our first round since 1996
    1,8,12,13,18,16,22,4,12,4,29,14.

you would think that somewhere in there, even if only by luck, we would have had at least 1 player that scared the opposition. just 1. Just 1 player that caused the opposition to distort what would be a normal game plan to cope with our star. Ok, lets add the top 5 picks from the other rounds, we now have a total of 60 players and still we can't name 1 who truly scares the opposition. On offense, on defense, a lineman, a skill position, just 1 anywhere. The pats-that big character team-pick up moss, who in one game accomplishes more to establish a star that causes the other team to have fits than we do in 11 years and 60 attempts at players.
