    I don't blame you.

Since I am walking distance away from Atlantic, I am going regardless. I also love watching the QBs throw up close. You really get a sense for where their progress is.

I guess I'll shift gears to Bridgewater.

This is not a big deal yet, but its typical Jets for sure. I want him in camp for first day of pads when shit starts flying.

Because Jimmy Sexton also represents Allen and Mayfield...who are both signed and in camp.

Big deal, no. But certainly an annoying, avoidable scenario.

Well for starter's, no Sexton does not represent Mayfield.

And like I've said three times now, Mayfield and Allen both have offset language, why would the Jets not demand it?

"Mayfield and his family were eager for him to get into camp and not miss any practice time, so they urged agent Tom Mills to accept the offset language, a source told cleveland.com."

I mean you'd hope that Darnold does the same but I feel like that would have happened by now.

But this just makes it even more obvious that this is 100% on Jimmy Sexton.

This is all on Sexton. Mayfield took the offsets as the number 1 over all there is no way the Jets should cave to darnold. Sure its a moot point because unless he's a complete disaster there is no way we are cutting him. Its just an agent trying to make a power play and costing his client valuable time in camp.

This is an absolute disgrace ...if Darnold is all of a sudden getting GREEDY?? Wants to double dip into Jets contract and get additional millions if he signs elsewhere???

Other rookie QBs have signed..someone is acting like a D Bag and I thought it was Mac

Hmmm...kid might be thinking if Jets don't work out and I leave I get to screw the Johnsons over big time..???

Only this team ..ugh where's my agita pills?

Only uninformed idiots will blame the Jets. Darnold's agent is asking for something none of the other QB's got. Its on him.

Keep Sam off campus until the Sexton comes to his senses. Mac should not put up with this shit. Gives Teddy a chance to increase his trade in value by playing more preseason and puts Sam in a hole. Sam and his family should push hard for Jim the prick Sexton to get off that ridiculous request.

  19. Lets not completely exonerate Darnold..he can tell te agent to forget the pettyness & get me to camp..which is the type of attitude hes portrayed early on.Is that all just an act?

Im worried this is another Joey Bosa situation wherein the player has some sort of axe to grind against offsets & the Jets are just as idiotic as the chargers are when it comes to this crap. It can never be easy

This is a game of "testosterone chicken" by the agent. Mayfield didn't get offset language at No. 1, so if the agent can get offset language for the No. 3 pick, he looks really good. He can point that out to next year's college hotshots when they're in the process of picking an agent. Great recruiting tool. The ultimate question is who should be making the call here, the agent or the player? The agent works for the player, doesn't he? It's not the other way around.
