    This does put into question the way he played last Sunday.

    According to the article, he was worried by how much weight he had been losing for the previous 2 days, which included Sunday.

    Not making an excuse but it would have some form of impact if he was weak and had mono

    Seriously fuck this team. The owner is a moron that cant get anything right. They perpetually hype in the off season, only to show how stupid they really are during the season.
    It's a constant pile of shit. How long can you hang with an underdog that's consistently screwed from it's own stupidity?

    Been bleeding green for 40 years. I need to step away and get my sanity back.

    There's no doubt it played a role. You don't just get diagnosed with mono on a Wednesday and feel a-OK the Sunday before.

    Yeah I agree. I am just not a big fan of pointing to something like "illness" as a potential excuse for his poor play.

    But it is hard to believe that it did not impact him

    Even if he does come back for week 5 he won’t be in good football shape. He’s going to lose 10-20 pounds easily.
