If the Colts were to lose to the Saints, it would be an easy pill to swallow... I've had nothing but great respect for Drew since his Purdue days... Even if Brees didn't play for N.O., to think that stadium was full of despair, rape and murder transformed into a place full of excitement and hope is truly amazing... The city has risen from near death to a hive of activity... Im happy for the citizens of N.O....

I think Indy is the better team, and usually root for the AFC / team that knocks out the JETS, but I gotta root for the SAINTS here...... talk about a loyal fanbase that hasn't been rewarded jack. That team has never sniffed the SB let alone won one, so I'm on their bandwagon (which will probably be the losing one, like the rest of my sports teams)

    WHO DAT?!

Saints fans have been on the same boat as Jets fans for the most part. Long suffering fans.

Both had some very good teams in some years, but just can't manage to be good enough to get to the Super Bowl.

Well the Saints finally made it, and I'm rooting for them to win it.

I'd like them to knock Manning out in the first quarter, so we can call Fatcessa and heckle him
about 'how every TEAM has injuries' and the Colts would not have won otherwise...and If the 57-0 shellacking was precisely a result of Mannings knee getting blown out, how good a Team are they, really?

I don't know why people pay any attention to the provocateurs of sports radio/TV. Their entire existence is based on their ability to get a rise out of sports fans.

The games are still the games no matter what some self-important talking head says.

Saints fans were also the coolest fans we interacted with this year BY FAR!

I don't want to think about the Super Bowl because I'm an emotionally fragile child and I break down in tears when hit with the emotions of what could have been.

no, wait, I'm not, I'm fine. the Colts are to some extent a Jets rival having played in the same division for some time as well as being a direct competitor for the reaching the Super Bowl. go fucking Saints!

I've said it before, but I really can't see how any Jets fan in their right mind could actually root for the Colts over the Saints.

Earn respect in losing to the Champ. Your team is very young, and very good. I was surprised and impressed with them. The Patsies beat my boys around for a few years, then we adjusted and learned how to win those huge games. I expect your Jets will do the same. Much Respect for how they played.

Thank you, Saints, for putting B. Favre's egotistical dreams of another championship to rest. I, for one, am graterful.

I like the Saints to win because #1 they need this to up lift there spirits.. and #2 they are going against the colts who are a one dimensional team and really arent that great with all the undefeated bullcrap. and #3 the saints are having fun when the play and they got there whole city behind them in a big way.

Gotta root for the Saints. Not because of the team, but because that city NEEDS this. Winning the SB would just be karma's downpayment for what they had to go through
