ROFL HOLY SHIT, that was funny. Martin dug himself in a hole, fell in, and pulled an Easter ressurection with that remark. maybe its cuz im at work constantly crunching numbers and posting in spare time. lol but that was funny. those firehats HAVE GOT TO GO! they look like cheap helmets from a gay porn filmed on a construction site. the only thing comparable to that might just be the actual foam hats in the shape of a Jet! still makes more sense then helping fireman ed extend his 15 minutes of fame.
...and how do you know what cheap helmets from a gay porn filmed on a cstrouction site actually look like? Some personal experience perhaps?
yeah I remember directing you in your first flick. Sammy in the Steel Mill. haha lighten up, and dont get mad cuz i mentioned the planes! its all good though haha :breakdance:
this has ALWAYS seemed the most logical course of action to me, but no one else has mentioned it. I mean, they have no left tackle, they need Brick so bad.
The Jets are not taking Mario Williams. Mario Williams is a nice player, but if we're going to spend big money on an end in a 3-4, we might want to re-think our strategy. If you take Mario Williams you have to stay with the 4-3. We're not paying Von Oelhoffen 3 million plus to be a backup. This may sound bizarre, but I think the Jets are more likely to take AJ Hawk than Williams. -X-
I think its pretty simple. If Mario is there, He is a Jet...If not we trade down. NO WAY will Brick be a Jet. Unless we can get him @ #29
You usually bring a lot better argument to the table. We all get it, you don't want Brick. That doesn't mean the Jets front office agrees. I'm not saying they will or won't take Ferguson, but to say there's "NO WAY" is just stupid.
well it still would be considered drafting for depth since they have two more than capable starters, even if that means that Grant would becomes the backup. Ur still drafting at a position were u have talented players, so y not draft in an area were u need much more help(Brown will be at RT and ferguson would play LT).
So ur basically saying we should pass up the best player in the draft if he falls to us because we have 35 yr old kimo von oelhoffen(who prolly wil retire after this year or next). Thats a pretty bold statement if u ask me. If he falls to us he will be a Jet. We lack a pass rusher as of now and desperately need one as to keep pressure off our secondary, so since hes amazing at both pass rushing and run stopping, we'll end up getting more then were asking for at the DE position in drafting Williams.
I disagree about Williams. It might take some adjustment, but scouting reports say he's strong enough to play end in a 3-4. I want Mario.
I was just pointing out how impossible it is to know who a team will take unless you have some contact with the teams
