Thanks for the kind words. You really make visitors feel welcome. In fact I do not have a life, so you are correct.
I don't think Rex moxy or whatever want to call it is an issue at all (though annoying). As long as the players like it and he has their respect, and I think he does. What would concern me, if I were a Jet fan are his in-game decisions. I think he needs to work on that aspect of the game. His clock management especially.
Yeah, you'd think they would know about throwing stones while living in a glass house. Their coach is the biggest scumbag in the NFL, yet they come to bash Rex for thinking he is going to win games. -He cheated over the course of many years, video-taping other teams illegally -Video taped the Rams walk-through at the Super Bowl -Tried to trip Reggie Wayne during a game a few years back -Cheated on his wife -Broke up another marriage
Tony arrived to the Colts with Peyton already their and a offense already installed by Jim Mora/Tom Moore. Dungy's task was to fix the defense which is blatantly obvious he never did. In all of Dungy's time their his defense only cracked the top 10 once. The Colts offense won their games, something Dungy kept his hand off. Rex in his first year as coach turned a mediocre defense in the the number 1 ranked D, and number 3 this year. In closing your statement shows that you know little of Dungy and Rex. I say Good Sir!
Wow, what a bad guy! I never knew those facts, but I guess it's all true because it was on the internet!
Well I can't tell if you are being facetious about not knowing those facts or not.. but there was a lawsuit over the whole breaking up a marriage thing and cheating on his wife. A video of him trying to trip Wayne. And videos and proof from the NFL about him cheating, which I'm sure you know all about. Rex on the other hand talks about how the Jets are going to win, and somehow he gets labeled the asshole.
Yea nuckfuts, this was pretty sweet too Can't wait for another crack at your Patsies
Which game was that?? We must've missed that one. This year we played twice, first we won 28-14. After that you won 45-3. Maybe you're predicting the score when we knock you out of the playoffs and you're one and done, AGAIN.
There is nothing wrong in anything that Rex said. These ESPN jerks keep talking about "Bulletin Board Material". They remind me of a bunch of Junior High School kids. Does anybody really think that the Colts weren't motivated to win and now because of what Rex said, they will suddenly play harder? That's silly.
...and Rex pimps out his wife and her feet on swingers sites.... Want to harp on the supposed football stuff (BTW, the SB walk through taping was proven to not have ever happened, and he didn't try to trip Wayne. He kinda leaned out to block his path. Big difference.) have a ball. But playing the moral superiority card is kinda stupid right now.
Wow, this reeks of stupidity. Ryan won a Super Bowl as the DC on a team that had no offense. In his first year as a HC he brought a team to the AFC Championship game. Ryan reached 20 wins faster than any Jets HC in the history of the franchise. Two years, two trips to the playoffs. Truth is, Dungy is one of the most over rated HC's to ever win a Super Bowl. With the teams he had, he should have won at least three.
Brady should give his pay check to the offensive line, because if he didn't have them, he would be shit.
Ahem... Marvin Lewis was the defensive Coordinator of the Ravens when they won. You made a coupple of good points, but calling someone stupid and then not having your facts straight makes you look.....
Week 17 power rankings Posted by Mike Florio on January 4, 2011, 9:24 AM EST 8. New York Jets (No. 8; 11-5): If a one-and-out experience in the postseason won’t shut up Rex Ryan, nothing ever will. This guy is an ass. Just so tired of having a positive coach with some attitude and everyone thinks he has a big mouth. i guess they want us to have back a Joe Walton picking his nose on the side lines again.
Well, I don't think you'd feel quite so unwelcome by my post if you're the type of Pats fan who DID know what a football looked like before 2001. If that is not you, oh well.
Florio is a first class dickhead, but so what? Who cares what he thinks? I for one don't think for a second that any Jet player, least as far as I can tell, is going to put out less effort in this game because of what the gasbags say in complaining about Ryan. To the contrary I think they like to play for him, and probably perform better. That's all that really matters.
Brady can thank Vinateri for two of his rings. He never did get them into the end zone and had to settle for field goals and one of those was set up by a good kick return so he didn't have to move the team very far. In the AFCCG against the Colts, he had to go for the TD and was intercepted. Having said that, it's a team sport and the credit & blame usually gets placed on one or two individuals instead of being spread around.
