A lot of tough competition by the top 3 in the Big East. Last nights game was great though. Brown stepped up well for WVU.

That was a really tough loss for RU, largely because so many guys played their best game of the season. Mike Teel was tremendous, showed that he finally realized that he could make good on some of that potential. The line played well, Rice started running well late, and made it look a lot like it did against Louisville. Though WVU, Brown in particular, played a hell of a game on their side too.

If you want to point the finger at someone on RU's side, no further than Schiano. He just doesn't seem to get the fact that when he keeps them from being what they are, a blitzing, aggressive defense, they are not in the least successful. Schiano coached that game scared of the WVU offense, and it showed. The Secondary isn't near good enough to hold up, especially against skill players as good at the Mountaineers.

Very frustrating the way that one turned out, though like Cakes said, that wwas one of the best games of the year, no doubt.
