I'd blame Clemson and their staff for a lot of it, their whole team just comes out with shitty attitudes. How many of their players don't reach their potential and still come out thinking they're these elite players? They're like a factory for producing mid level picks with big potential, there's got to be a reason for that. That said I get the question marks, I just greatly prefer going for a kid with big potential.

Hagg is a nice player, I'm just not seeing anything special about him. At this point in the draft, there are some positions where I would opt for a kid who has a lower ceiling but could contribute right away. DE, OT, WR are some of those spots. On the other hand, positions like S, ILB, even NT, I would love to see kids with some question marks but big time potential like DMC.

If I'm mistaking you and you're saying that you'd rather have Hagg in the late 5th over DMC in say the 3rd (or 4th if he does fall), I can't really argue it, but I would say I'd rather not go safety at all.

Wait wait wait... if I say it's a good idea to look into replacements for Leonhard (couple of months back) I'm delusional but if you say it nobody blinks?

Talking about S... Someone here (WW?) was high on Lefeged... after that 40 time did he significantly boost his draft status?

Mmm... isn't Liuget much better suited to play in a 4-3? He's a bit too small to play end...

And let's all pray that happens... Lowery can develop into a pretty good FS imo.

That said... if Lowery sticks at FS and if we don't re-sign Cromartie we're going to have to bring in a CB won't we?

Revis, Wilson, Coleman and Cole are the only guys we have on the roster atm... although I feel Tanny will ultimately keep Cro here who would be a good CB in the middle rounds? Too bad the Giants stole Brian Jackson from us... I thought he would've had a future with us...

A veteran is the way to go at CB. They don't need another corner to try and develop into a playing role, they should try and find a guy (like Donakd Strickland a few years back) that can play right away as a 3rd corner and push Wilson. Coleman's role is pretty well defined, though if he could take ownership of that nickel spot I'd be a lot happier.
