Now, if Gecko knows that in GA they are looking for the slightest traffic infraction to pull you over then you think Ronnie Brown would have shown better judgement and had someone else drive that day.

A league suspension of at least a game is forthcoming even though I don't approve of it. I feel the law and Goodell should be seperate.

I wouldn't doubt he was pulled over for DWB, that's 100% plausible.. but at the end of the day, he was still intoxicated. He loses.

This. To say that he was without a doubt not pulled over because he's black is a silly assumption, especially since it's the south we're talking about. Either way, he broke the law.

Then again, no one has heard what his BAC was. In some states a DUI is less than a DWI so he could have hardly even been drunk. He could have had a buzz, who knows?

If you are driving at 4:28 AM and do anything wrong you better expect to be pulled over. Bars are closing and officers are looking for any transgression since they realize there is a distinct possibility the driver could have been drinking.
